Remind without the awkward call
RePay asks politely, so you don't have to.
Automatic schedule: 3 days before, on the due date, 3 days after and 7 days after, at 09:00.
Telegram on every plan, SMS on paid plans. Every SMS starts with your business name.
Never at night: nothing goes out between 21:00 and 07:00.

Trust every slip
A screenshot isn't a payment. RePay checks.
Slips from a link: payers send their slip and reference from their payment page. You or your staff confirm, or reject with a reason.
Each reference works once: a reused slip shows "Already used" and can't be confirmed.
Bank SMS match (Android): RePay reads money-in SMS from CBE and Telebirr on your own phone, finds the payer and suggests the payment. You tap to record; "Record all" asks once with the total.
Your messages stay private: the SMS text never leaves your phone. Only the payment you record is saved.
Slip meets SMS: a slip for money already found in your bank SMS shows "Already recorded from bank SMS".

For your payers
They install nothing.
Every reminder carries a link. Your payer opens it to see what they owe, pays the way they always do, and sends the slip from the same page.
Pay directly by Telebirr, CBE, M-Pesa or cash, then tap "I already paid – upload slip". Free.
Pay online through Chapa if you turn it on. The fee is shown before they pay; you receive the full amount.
Stop any time: STOP by SMS or "Stop reminders" in Telegram, and you see who stopped.
Security and trust
Your money stays yours. Your data stays private.
RePay never holds money. It is not a wallet or a bank. Payers pay you directly, or online through Chapa straight to your bank.
Bank SMS stays on your phone. RePay reads only money-in messages from the banks you choose, and the text never leaves your phone.
Nothing recorded without a person. Bank SMS suggestions and slips are recorded only when you or your staff tap.

Do my payers need to install an app?
No. They get reminders on Telegram or by SMS, and can open a simple page at pay.repay.et to see what they owe, pay and send a slip.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 15 active payers, forever. Paid plans start at ETB 690 a month for 50 payers. Every new account gets a 30-day trial of Business.
Will I be charged after the trial?
No. We don't take card or payment details for the trial, and nothing is charged automatically. After 30 days you choose a plan or move to Free.
Does RePay hold my money?
No. RePay is not a wallet or a bank. Payers pay you directly, or online through Chapa straight to your bank account.
What if I have no internet?
RePay works offline. Record payments and add payers without internet; it syncs when you're back online. Reminders go out from our server even if your phone is off.
